awsome phone for a great price,I purchased through amazon and recieved the phone,wall charger/usb[has the same end as all my other phones yay]a case and two batterys...one of which did not work but amazon is great and they next dayed me two new ones at no charge......I have phone connected to straight talk with no issue on a prepaid plan.........UPDATED nov 20th...after 45 days the phone froze and samsung would not honor the one year warranty because its an "international phone"BS...AFTER 30 days there is no warranty![amazon ended up returing for 75% of purchase price

Would warn buyers to stay away from this product. I noticed that the phone did not respond as expected so I took the phone to the AT&T store. Found out that the phone was a high-jacked phone! On top of that, I had connected it to my laptop a couple of weeks before and I dropped in on the phone store after dropping my laptop off at the PC doctor... I found out that connecting that high-jacked phone to my laptop was the issue. So now I am out of pocket for the repair cost of my laptop AND for another new phone to replace this high-jacked phone! I am strongly urging everyone to avoid buying this product and seller.

Didn't like this phone because I couldn't find any accessories to fit it. Found out it wasn't a standard S4 smart phone. It was more of an international type phone.

Worst phone ever, just pay off your major carrier bill and upgrade through them NOT A SAMSUNG S4

Order this phone twice both times it did the same thing say three sim and I receive a dual....three sim is three sim not dual with a micro sd slot

This broke after a couple of months.
