Moved the inside components to new case and works great!

I took the original insides and used the new outside. I lost the spring and the new one works great and it has the spring and keeps my key in the holder.

It's exactly the same as the key fob that came with my car.

This product is exactly what I wanted and expected; the circuitry from the broken unit fit just right in the new unit; the battery was secured in place, just like the original FOB container; once assembled, it worked just fine; pleased with the product--no surprises.

My apologies for the super late review but purchased this remote fob some months ago, and though I figure I had a 50/50 chance to get it programmed, got to say I hit it right. Took it to a local shop which specializes in car remotes and they had it working within 20 minutes (or less). Costed me only $45 too!One more thing, anyone who review this, please open your current remote to get the frequency number and match it to what's online, that could be the difference in getting one that's right for your vehicle.

Fit good a little tight but , works and looks nice

Several problems with this item.1) It came in just in a clear plastic bag, looks like it might have been a return item.2) When I looked at the bag, there were loose pieces moving around. Looks like it might be the button that releases the key. If I put the pieces where I think they go, there is no way to release/lock the key into place, there is no type of spring mechanism that should be there. Also, when I put the pieces in place (the way I think they should go) there is noting to hold the pieces in place. The pieces just fall back out.(see pictures).3) Does NOT fit the Hyundai Sonata key fob. There is no way to fit the inter section of my key fob into this case. My Hyundai Sonata key fob is curved. See picture with two key fobs, the curved fob on the right is the one that came with my car when I bought it new (only 6 miles on car).4) Seller needs to better list which make and model cars, this key fobs this goes with. It does not work with/fit the Hyundai Sonata key fob....

First I was impressed by the look and feel. The "guts" of the remote fit properly. However the buttons are not as smooth moving as the OEM remote. The buttons do work but they take a little more effort than I'd like.The button pictures are not color filled so it looks slightly different than OEM. I prefer no color filled.Also there is no emblem on the backside of the remote. Just a recessed area for the emblem to go...
