Love this creatine! Everyone is different and have different experiences with supplements. ForThose I speak to about creatine the most common issue is stomach discomfort. I have experienced it myself with other brands. I do not experience that with musclefeast products. The dissolvable tablets are pretty easy to work into your daily routine. In most cases you want an insulin spike while taking creatine post workout. This already has the proper ingredients to give you an insulin spike so your muscles absorb the creatine properly. If you’re looking for a little more longevity in your workouts and trying to go a little harder in your set and reps ranges, This creatine is great place to start. You will notice a difference when utilizing it properly.

Dissolves quickly, doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste in my mouth, and most importantly, doesn’t upset my stomach.

These citrus flavored creatine chews almost melt in the mouth. I tried two other brands that were almost like the jawbreaker candies. Otherwise, these are so convenient. Take three and chew them up. Pretty smooth going down too. Follow with plenty of water after and through out the day.

I've lifted for 20 years, and creatine has been a staple the whole time. I've tried many ways to eat it, all or most claim to taste good.This....this actually tastes good. like sweet tarts from my youth - slightly chalky, but not too much so. Sweet and tangy, and crumbles easily. 5/day and I'm good to go!
