It took the company two failed attempts to actually turn up to deliver it before finally making it third time lucky. Once I actually had it though I have found no problems with it other than it’s a bit heavy for a single old person so don’t get too many ideas about frequent rotation lol. For me I find it very comfortable, just the right amount of firmness and give. Only had it a week so can’t really say anything about the resilience or wear & tear but it does feel as if it’s pretty sturdy

I’m sure this mattress would be great for a lot of people who need back support as it uses hybrid materials to help with this but unfortunately as a front sleeper it didn’t work for me - customer service have however been really helpful and quick to respond to honour the 100 day trial, so if you’re looking to try out a new mattress i’d 100% recommend this brand and product.

I'm a bit annoyed, I'd searched for ages to get a movement isolating mattress as my husband has restless leg syndrome and I can't cope with it. It's just arrived and it's springy and has alot of movement on it! Tested with my daughter kicking her legs whilst I laid down and it was just like out old mattress 🤬 really hoping once I've given time for the top to rise that it will isolate movement better but I'm not impressed for £350 as it is at the moment. If you don't care about the springiness, it is comfortable.

I had purchased this mattress a few months ago but after a few months I came to the conclusion this was not the right mattress for me. Customer service at sweety were very quick to resolve my issue and would have no problem buying from them again

I ordered a bed and a mattress, king size, came within a specified time, with all components, easy to assembly, the size correct and mostly the quality good at on the picture

I love this mattress, which has the look and feel of a far more expensive product. I find it extremely comfortable to sleep on and has just the right level of medium firmness for me.
