Can the top front two arms be bent a bit to fit the seat post area?

Sure. You can even purchase .25 aluminum rod at Lowes and fab your rails to fit. Had to for my wife’s small frame bike. The ones in the kit were to short. No problem!

Will quick release bags fit on this rack?

No, I purchased the iberra carbon fiber detachable bag. Because the length is matched to OEM required rack it will not retrofit to match generally any other brand. The quality of the bag is pretty amazing and in my opinion I look forward to seeing the new rack. I am confident the additional effort to replace the rack with the OEM model is the right think to do.

Does this rack come with tte screws and bolts to mount it?

Yes it does. Fully adjustable and easy to install.

I have rear shock. Will the shock still work if use this rear rack

I have a ecotric bike the rack did not fit my bike.
