Once you get the hang of mixing the drink mix with a little hot water, a bit of ice and some cold water, it’s quite good. I enjoy the restful sleep and calming effects on my restless legs.

I didn’t want anything over the top , something easy on the body!After my sister told me about this product and a person experiencing the same!I decided to give it a try and let me tell you ! I’m glad I did!It works right away! Your body doesn’t have to get use to it for it to work ! You will rest!I was sleeping but I wasn’t resting!So I have increased my water intake and I will drink this 30 mins prior to me sleeping!The Flavor is good! Cherry is what I selected not sure of the other flavors but cherry is not overpowering.Easy to swallow doesn’t taste like any medicine.And it Works!The best part is I’m not waking up in the middle of the night anymore! The one time I did wake up , I was able to lay back down and fall back into that Rest part of sleeping.So thumps up for me on this one!I will use it for about a month ! Because I just don’t believe in taking supplements and powders for a long period of time but to each its on! Do what’s best for you! Only you know you!But I am resting well and have not done so in a long time!😊

I have an erratic work schedule that has me traveling all over the world and in different time zones regularly. That spells sleep issues. I have a variety of natural approaches to cope with that. But one solid solution I have found is Magnesium powder. I usually use another brand with great results. This brand has the added ingredients of Melatonin and Gaba that I also use but have taken separately. I was anxious to try this brand as well. By comparison, this also has excellent results. I sleep soundly and its a high quality sleep. When mixed, this one has a weird pink color and I would prefer it had no food coloring, but not a biggie. The problem I eluded to in the title, may seem like a non-issue but is very important. The other brand I use comes with a measured scoop in the container of the recommended dosage, and recommends perhaps using a bit less until your body adjusts. This container has no measuring device included and only says to use half a rounded tablespoon. That's not even a round number easily estimated if you decide to wing it. Does it matter? I wound up putting a bit too much in the glass, I suppose. After drinking it, initially, it felt like insects crawling on my skin! It subsided quickly, but still worrying when it first begins that sensation. The simple inclusion of measured scoop would eliminate guesswork and cost a fraction of a penny to include, I would guess. I may be way off base, but of course, product producers want you to use more of their product to rebuy it more often. Yes, I'm looking at you, toothpaste people. Loading up a brush as if you're about to scrub your entire kitchen floor? Unnecessary. Anyway, yes, I highly recommend this product especially if you need a bit of help sleeping soundly throughout the night, especially since it has a nice dosage of melatonin at 3mg. Love and trust your products Jarrow. But on the tiny chance you read this, could you just slip a small measured plastic spoon in there? Thanks!

I would actually prefer an unflavored unsweetened formula. This stuff has way more sweetener then I would like. The combination of melatonin and magnesium and potassium is magical for me to sleep when my brain is over active, but I find I hesitate to use as I don't like drinking sweetened drinks particularly before going to bed.

Serious help me sleep, I have trouble falling asleep. It work well. I work night shift soon whenever I need this

This product if it was free would be over priced. This product was received early today and container had its factory seals in tact. When opened the powder is hard as rock. I clipped my way through the powder to get one rounded tablespoon. After mixing the drink mix, this is 100% the worst tasting powder drink have ever tasted. The flavor is so horrible words do not describe the bitter awful nasty taste and the after taste is even worst than the initial. Poor product quality control in manufacturing process or not properly stored before sale. Anyone who states this has a good taste is lairing to you. The money I waste with buying this horrible product, I hope it goes towards a real product development and remove this awful product off the market. Don’t buy and don’t drink it.
