The left shoe was fitted correctly to a size 10.5, but not so much the medium width. Was pretty wide. The right shoe was about right in length, but the rest of the would've been fine if my left foot was afflicted with Elephantitis. I could've worn three thick socks & still not filled up the right shoe. Vasque, pretty dissatisfied, disgusted, disappointed in your brand.

These are a lighter weight shoe than Vasque’s regular hiking shoes. I’ve owned quite a few of their hiking shoes over the years and have found these to be the most comfortable. They’ve lasted about the same length of time too. The only thing I don’t care for is that the toe piece (hood) is designed to breath to the point that even a little water comes in from just walking through wet grass. Having said that, I bought another pair to replace the ones I wore out. This time I treated that porous part of the shoe with some silicone water proofing spray (for camping gear) and so far so good!

I bought this vasque model in a shoe and wore them for 2 years - very comfortable after short break-in period. The boots are even better and required no break-in because the tongue is well padded and set perfectly. Highly recommended
