Does it come as shown or without the top piece?

It comes with the head. The grandkids love this tea pot! She is very pretty but the hole in the top is narrow making it a little difficult to get the team bags out.

I collect unique tea pots and cups and this one is in my top three! So unique and beautiful! I wish they would continue this set beyond the matching teacup and saucer! I always get so many compliments on it. Please make a sugar and creamer holder to match!:)
