I would say that the quality of sound is just as good as the ones that come with the phone. But, if you don't have a Samsung, then they can get pretty loud. At the right volume they can be noise cancelling.

I am not sure how to answer that question. However for music and videos these earbuds are excellent. They are no good for talking. In my opinion. But I love the price

No. It's not, don't waste you money on these headphones it's from a third party. And I got my broken bad.
