is there a specific motherboard i can get with this if so could you send me a link to it?

Motherboard needs to match the platform (Intel or AMD) and generation of the CPU (ex. Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 require different motherboards, etc.) that you are going to use. Look at the CPU you want to get then look at the motherboards that go with them. There is a price point for all depending on how much you want to spend (save for the latest Ryzen. It's new so it's all expensive). Late chiming in, but if you haven't pulled the trigger yet, hope it helps.

does the fans come with everything you need to connect them?

Fans are Molex connection

The case is good quality but you would expect there to be some description about the fan connectors in this day and age no one uses 4 pin Molex connections for their fans
