We recently started using the Earbay USB Headset with Microphone for our office customer service team, and it's been a great upgrade. The headset is comfortable for long shifts, and the sound quality is clear on both ends. The noise-cancelling microphone really helps in our busy office, ensuring customers hear our agents without any background noise. The in-line volume control and mute function are also very convenient. Overall, it's a reliable, easy-to-use headset that has improved our team's communication.

Good value for money, not sure how robust they are but working well so far.Head adjustment a bit stiff but not a big problem, sound reproduction is good.

Great value for your money

Bought these on the strength of the other reviews. Have used them in the office today, and they were not good at cancelling out background noise at all - they may be fine for home office use with little/no background noise. They are quite light (which is good) but do feel a little plasticky, and I didn't find them especially comfortable. That said the pads on the earphones are soft enough - it might just be my head shape. They are not super expensive, but I am now looking at spending a bit more in the hope of getting something a bit better quality. Buy Cheap, buy twice and all that.

Very happy, so comfortable and sound is clear

Bought these to use in an office. Easy to use, good sound. Would have loved a storage bag as the foam microphone cover came off and was misplaced. Long lead so no chance of being too close to screen

I bought this as a replacement for a Microsoft headset (which had expired after twelve years), and unfortunately it is a failure. When it works it works very well, however, it decides of its own accord when and how to adjust the volume of the microphone. This is incredibly annoying, needless to say. When speaking with people they tell me that there is feedback, or it's cutting in and out or I have just disappeared completely. I have tried it with the noise cancellation (in Skype) in all positions and it makes no difference at all. All in all this product is, unfortunately, not fit for purpose. Two days later and it has been put back in the box as it has now stopped working completely. Absolute rubbish.Almost a week later and nothing has been heard from the company or Amazon (which is very odd I have to say). The company is in clear breach of the Sale of Goods Act, which states that products should be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are intended. Clearly it is not in view of the fact that it does not work at all.And here we are, two weeks later and still nothing from Amazon of these people. My recommendation to any contemplating a purchase from these people is to find something from another company.
