How do I fix the strap?it came packaged wierd and the strap is bent and has dents

The strap was bent on my bag also but it will straighten out. Put something like a can of coke in the bag (just anything a little heavy), and hang the bag by the strap. After a day or so, the strap will straighten right out.

I want to return this bag, but it will not give me the option to return it. How can I go about returning it?
