Comfort - Sound Quality - Easy Set Up. It has it all!!
I just love my new headset by Leitner (model LH670). It was very easy to set up and all my questions are answered within a few minutes if I ever have to call customer service. It was easy to set up the 5 yr free warranty as well. I’ve had hand and shoulder surgery and it is a lifesaver working at a doctors office on the phone for 8 hours straight! It is comfortable to wear - I sometimes forget I have it on. It is over the ear which is the most comfortable for me. Excellent sound quality. Very light weight and I can hear my patients clearly and they can hear me clearly too. Highly recommend this company! and this product!

Leitner Headset
I love my Leitner headset. I have been using it every day for over 5 years now and it is still as good as when it was new. And, the few minor issues I have had have been quickly and cheerfully addressed by their amazing staff. Will definitely buy the same headset when I finally need to replace this one.

Customer service is top notch here
So, I have owned this headset for going on my fourth year, I purchased it back in Summer of 2021. I primarily use this headset for Zoom and Microsoft teams, meetings and calls. The range I get on this is very good and extends a very long distance inside of my building.Recently, I started experiencing some comments from colleagues where my voice sounded statically. I reached out to headsets.com and they’ve been excellent. First they overnighted me a battery to troubleshoot the issue. Today I called them to report back and let them know the battery did not resolve the issue. The company is now replacing my headset free of charge because I’m within my five-year warranty. This kind of service is greatly appreciated, and I would choose to do business with this company again in the future, definitely!I don’t spend time to write a lot of reviews on Amazon, but this kind of service deserves a five star review!

Works perfectly
Delivered timely and works perfectly. I can roam far from the base and still hear perfectly. Setup was simple and the headset is flexible and clear.

Performance should be better for the price point.
I've owned this for several months now.The good:1. For Teams calls on your PC it is decent. Sound quality is ok, with occasional static. Range from base station is good.2. Customer service is friendly. The Bad:1. Sound quality when connected to my cell phone via Bluetooth is *HORRIBLE*. FAR worse than when using it for Teams or Zoom. Conversations are unintellegible. I end up with my iPhone on speaker instead of using the headset. I means seriously guys, kick this back to your designers and do better.2. Bluetooth feature is a constant drain so the charge drains even if you have the headset turned off. Forget to put it back in the cradle and the next day the battery will be flat. The headset must always be in the cradle when not in use.3. Aggravating charging cradle flaw means when you need it, the batteries may be dead (see #2 above). The headset must be positioned in the charging cradle *just so* or else it stops charging. Bump it by accident and it stops charging. After stumbling out of bed for an early telcon only to find the battery dead, I have learned to be very careful about this. But I should not have to be.

Updated: Buzzing sound having major impact
**UPDATE: January 2023As I mentioned in the last line of my original review in October 2020, there is a slight "buzz" in the headset. Well, as it turns out that "buzz" is MUCH louder to the person on the other end of the phone. I have tried moving the base unit around to different locations, but I am still getting the buzzing sound. I have finally had to make the decision to retire this unit because I am getting too many complaints from my call partners. I do not know if this is unique to the particular unit I own, or all of them, but you should consider this in your buying decision or at least do more research. Reducing review stars to 4.********************* October 2020 ReviewFirst, it's important to know why you would buy this expensive headset? The reason is that you want to be able to work in a home or small office and still have a lot of mobility. I do not have a land line (copper or voip) at my home. However, this headset system DOES work with a land line, bluetooth, and USB connected to a computer, the vast majority of home workers (post COVID) need to be able to communicate using multiple methods. Office workers typically need to use their cell phone and access communications through their computer via Skype, Webex, Zoom, MS Teams etc. This will allow you to do all of that. For even more value, if you do have a land line with a VOIP type phone, you can use every feature on this headset. (as a side note, research Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) before you do anything with a land line based phone, including VOIP because you'll probably want to be able to answer calls from your headset). Interesting feature is the ability to flip between any of the 3 modes. Now the question most people want to know... how far can I get from the base unit? I have a 5000 square foot house. I can go ANYWHERE in the house or back or front yard with no issues, so that answers that. Your mileage may vary.I also wanted to be able to be on a call or a webinar or a web conference and be able to go out to the kitchen, go to the restroom, or simply sit in a more comfortable chair... in other words, not be trapped in my immediate phone or computer area! Well, this headset allows me to do that. What I really like is to be able to punch the mute/unmute button if I need to talk, regardless of where I am or what I'm doing. As a person who has worked partially or fully from home for 30 years, I have learned one must always 'stay on mute' unless they are talking and this headset easily enables that behavior. It does have a confirmation tone that beeps periodically when on mute, however your brain will learn to ignore that tone unless you are listening for it to confirm if you are or are not on mute. Don't worry, it will not bother you after a week or so and you'll be glad it's there when youNow, you may be saying, I can get a bluetooth headset with mute function for far less than $350. And that is true, however, you will be connected via bluetooth, not DECT. And when you are connecting via bluetooth, you are absolute max distance of 30 feet from your phone/computer. You can put your cell phone in your pocket and walk around with the headset on too. But you can't easily walk around connected to your laptop on web conferences. For the past year and a half I used the have used the Jabra Evolve 65 to do just that, and before that I used the Jabra Evolve 75 which drove me nuts because both ears were covered and I need to hear environmental sounds. Before that, I had the Sennheiser Office Runner for 10 years, which was freaking awesome but it requires a land line or USB computer setup only. I had been looking for a replacement for the Office Runner that would connect in all 3 ways, and the LH370 is what does that by adding the bluetooth capability. Now, if you have read this far, you are interested, so I will tell you the real secret here is I wanted to be able to leave my cell phone in my office but go anywhere in my house while on a call, it's most natural. Most bluetooth enabled headsets connect directly to your cell phone. This headset is different and is what I was looking for because the bluetooth connection is between the cell phone and the base unit. Then the headset connects via DECT to the base unit giving it incredible range. If you are looking for a headset that connects directly to your cell phone, this is not the device. And it should be said that there are good reasons to connect directly to your cell phone as you can interact with it by adding callers, looking up things, going back and forth between calls etc. I am not minimizing that capability if you really need it. But working remotely for 30 years, I can tell you I rarely need those capabilities at all times, and with this headset if I do, I can simply walk back into my office and do those things all while still remaining on the call. The bottom line: A good, light, quality headset with the capabilities to connect 3 ways with incredible range because it uses DECT. DECT is the best and only technology I know of for long range headset use. Battery life seems fine as I used the headset on and off all day for 10 hours, probably the better part of 6 hours in actual use and it never got below 3 bars (out of 4). But I charged it when I went to lunch. What could be improved: 1) My understanding is the headset hangs up if you are on a bluetooth cell phone call and you push the button to flip over to computer USB or land line. This is a function of the cell phone, not the headset. I have an iPhone 11 and it does NOT do this, it retains the call if I press the buttons on the base unit to flip between call sources. 2) The boom mic is a bit goofy looking on a video conference, it's straight and comes way out. It looks like a trucker headset but who really cares, 3) I have always hoped the designer would put the mute button on the boom and there would be an led light on the end of the boom showing green (if open line) and red (if muted). 4) It connects via USB, I think there could be a way to drive power from the USB and eliminate the corded AC adapter. 5) I am getting a slight 'buzz' from time to time in the headset where I did not get this from the Office Runner. 6) Beware the 'cords' are in the little cardboard packing edges, not obvious at all.
