why is the pricing so much lower on amazon is this authentic

Almost all the Cosmedix products can be purchased thru Amazon less than from Cosmedix directly. Unless you are a professional and get a discount from Cosmedix. It is authentic and an excellent product too.

Will this remove the permanent look of measles from my Urticaria?

If the measles look like freckles, as darkened spots. Then yes; this product should fade them a lot over time and frequent use.
