What is moroccan harissa? i know harissa is tunisian. how is this different from tunisian recipes?

Harissa is a common staple in many African countries. Tunisia, Morocco, Libya to name a few. The basic recipe is consistent over many exporters, but it has been noted that select regions within individual countries may vary. This product meets all my expectations whenever I prepare a Moroccan recipe. I’m sure it’s possible to use this in a Tunisian dish.

How long does this last after open? I see no expiration date.

The Harissa will last about 3 months in refrigerator after opened. The expiration date should be stamped on the lid.
