The crepes do not have to be stored in the refrigerator if they are unopened. I suppose you can store them in the refrigerator as well. But they can be stored at room temperature. Open and unopened packs can be store in the freezer. I keep frozen crepes on hand to make crepe cakes. The frozen crepes behave just like the fresh crepes.

Q: can I use the for thin pizza crust?

They are sweet and probably would not be a good choice for pizza crust.

You can order them on-line at Amazon or you can check your produce department at your grocery store. They are typically located near the berries. Or ask the store manager if they can order them for you if you can not find them in the store.
