A quality made product that I am still learning to use... Do I like it? Time will tell, but it is at least fun in the short term with the potential of being a daily driver long term. Take it with you convenience is the big plus.

Great simplistic vape. Great clouds of vape. Only thing is I've used alot of butane! Love that it isnt "on" heating your herb until its totally toast on the first session. I usually get three really good heating cycles of awesome clouds! Respect The Click! Repeat that mantra and you'll get a great experience!

All I received was a piece of metal in the mail. Looks to be a tv mount. Received nothing similar tot he Dynavap

This is a torch powered thermal extraction device, to be politically correct. You place a small amount of whatever herb you want to extract volatile compounds from in the tip, place the cap on top, heat the cap with the touch till it clicks, and then inhale the other end. I can’t recommend this or the company that makes it enough. It’s a super efficient device, that’s incredibly durable, and produces great tasting vapor. Highly recommended.

I ordered this beginner kit for 3 of us test out a Dynavap before purchasing more. It was supposed to take up to 22 days to deliver, however it took nearly 3 months before we could try one.The package sat with DHL for over a month awaiting customs clearance. I contacted Dynavap to look into it, they responded and promised to take care of it. It took over a week to get the package moving and 3 weeks to arrive in my hands.The DHL drivers tried to deliver to the wrong door of my building unsuccessfully. They then claimed to make multiple attempts to deliver it over the following days, but I have proof that they did not. I tried contacting DHL's customer service by email and phone, but got no response. When a driver finally found the right door, he was disrespectful to the person who received my package for me.The package was missing the dynavap. I contacted Dynavap and they responded saying they would send one out immediately, but 4 weeks went by without seeing or hearing anything. I contacted Dynavap again, they sent out another one to be delivered by UPS Worldwide Express, and it arrived a week later.The package that I had been waiting just shy of 3 months for, that had been packaged 1 week prior, contained the missing dynavap from my order, and not a single thing more.In 20 years of online shopping, this has been my first negative experience with customer service. Though I understand that mistakes happen, I was very disappointed that each time there was an extended delay and Dynavap had a chance to do something about it, they didn't until I reached out to them. They were always prompt to respond when I contacted them, but as my order extended into multiple months of waiting, I would have appreciated them reaching out to me and letting me know that the order wasn't forgotten.I like this product a lot, it exceeds my expectations. Unfortunately the customer service experience left a real sour taste with me. The other two who were going to try this one lost interest while waiting.

You have to use the triple torch when you use this product. It was so fast to heat up and was a lot to take in when it was ready.
