How many days before the shipping date were the beans roasted?

The beans are roasted per our order, certified by CIB, then shipped immediately to Amazon's warehouse. The entire process takes about 2-3 weeks, then our items are available for sale. We order in small batches and replenish inventory every 2 months, therefore, our stock is always guaranteed fresh!

How do you brew the coffee without a oily texture?

Fresh water and a clean coffee pot. I use a Keurig.

It says the delivery day is Aug 6 to Aug 28. Can it be earlier?

Probably not, I have always had to wait several weeks when ordering this product.

Can it be shipped to Canada?
