Can the pink be dyed with alcohol ink to make it even redder without hurting it's elasticity?

Hi, it is recommended that you use UV colorants or Epoxy Resin Pigment instead of alcohol ink, only need to add a very small amount

Can I use the f80 rubber resin on my anycubic photon mono 4k printer

I honestly was only able to get this to work on my Photon Mono 4K with 80 - 120 second inital layer cure times and 15 - 20 seconds per layer normal exposure. Even with those crazy settings I still had prints sticking to the FEP, or layers that wouldn't stick together and only had maybe 30% success rates. I wanted to make rubberish 1/24th scale model tires with it but I'm not about to burn out my screen trying to make them print.

What is the hdt for the f80 resin? is it suitable for use in say, a hot car?

Just in a hot environment it is fine. But probably not directly on a hot engine.
