1 of 2 prongs broke off within a month
Bought this to travel for an long trip and within a month it was broken. I would set it up for days on end, so I wasn't opening and closing daily, but it stopped charging one day and when I unplugged it, one of the 2 prongs were still in the power strip.Unfortunately its not very durable.

Better than OEM Samsung Charger/Cord!
The USB connectors on the OEM adapter/charger cord for my Samsung Galaxy Book Pro computer had bent badly. Though I had service coverage, it would take too long to replace the cord; so I bought a replacement Samsung cord and charger. Not long thereafter, the connectors on that cord broke, too. Although the Geek Squad at Best Buy ordered a replacement cord and charger, the company kept sending me the wrong part! Very upsetting: No cord meant no charger, and no charger meant no useable computer! In frustration, I took a chance on this NicPower AC adapter and c.ord. And I sure am glad I did. This charger is better; the cord is thicker and longer; and the cord. even has a velcro closure to keep things tidy and avoid tripping. Most importantly, the USB connectors appear to be sturdier and are better protected than the OEM equipment. In short, I'm now a happy camper.

the right cord for my computer
my cord went out and I grabbed one at a local store ... the problem was the cord was not rated for the computer so it would continue to lose power. I matched this cord to the specs for the computer and there have been no issues since I begin to use this cord. Would purchase from this vendor again. Thx
