I've tried many diffusers and this is one of my favorites so far. It is easy to fill, you only need to lift one cover, and there is only one button to operate, which makes it quite easy. I am not fond of diffusers with multiple buttons which you have to press multiple times to get them to do stuff. One tap turns it on with lights, the second tap turns the light off and the third tap turns everything off. It is quite pretty too. Oh, and it diffuses for at least 8 hours and I haven't even filled it to the max line yet. To get the maximum fragrance you have to add a few more drops of essential oils after a few hours, but I get that will all diffusers. Essential oils are very volatile. Let's hope it lasts a long time.

Poor output. Owned less than 45 days and cant keep on, turns off without notice.

This unit has worked great so far! I am thinking about purchasing a second one for our home. Last well through the night and into the morning. Soft light and great diffusing.

It looks nice, but the one button is the most obnoxious thing to use. I don't know if it is touch sensitive or light sensitive, but I could spend 5 minutes trying to get it to turn on or change settings without it actually working.When it did work, it was great, but getting it to work was such a hassle that I ended up returning it.

This diffuser is quiet and has a soft glow. I think the product is a bit pricey compared to other diffusers I have purchased. My only complaint is the lid is difficult to open to refill. The edges of the "lid" are smoothly making it hard to open.

Received of these diffusers as a gift. Tried to trouble a problem only to be told that after a year this one is done. Throw it away.
