Can this product be frozen once it has been opened?

I imagine so ...can't see a reason why, although I supposed it could change the consistency ...I find that gnocchi that comes frozen tends to be mushier

I don’t see a best if used by on the package. And I’m wanting to know how long they stay good for if not opened?

I've kept packages in the pantry for 3 -4 months before using and they tasted fine.
