had mine for 2 years and have loved it, its absolutely massive for how compact it folds up, if you know how to use it you can comfortably fit 6 people under it and all stay dry. its not very abrasion resistent tho. mine finally wore a hole in it due to high winds rubbing against my ruck sack, which is my fault. id gladly re order another one of these in a heart beat.

This tarp is half the price of the similar DD Tarp, but offers the same versatility and tie out points. I live in WA and have frequent rains, so this thing is awesome!I set it up in my backyard (plow-point configuration) in about 3 minutes. The aluminum stakes are great, but there are only four in the package. They should provide eight.My only gripe is that the storage bag is slightly too small. If they increased the surface area of the bag by 10% it would be perfect!

Amazing quality of material, extremely durable, absolutely waterproof. Used it while camping to create shelter from rain over fire pit. Tarp was at a decent height but no damage to material from sparks or smoke, did not let through a single droplet of rain, in high wind stitching and loops performed really well. Minor drawback is weight, but material that good and durable will not be ultra lightweight. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Durable, and perfect size. Comes with everything you need and plenty of grommet holes. A bit heavy as pack weight but can totally replace a tent easily

Best tarps i ever purchased used them as a tent and floor

This tarp was a bit heavier than I was expecting, but it’s also pretty heavy duty. I’ve used four poles to hold it up and while they occasionally would slide off the seams, the tarp never looked like it would rip. Holds up well in higher winds. I like that the stakes and guy lines included are light weight, but wish it came with more than 4. Given how light they are, they’re very handy to have in situations where you lack trees to anchor to. It also included a good long para cord for use as a rigeline which is nice, I haven’t had need of that yet.I have used in a cooler, humid climate (low 40s) and woke to some condensation on the underside of the tarp, but not bad. I use an open front setup (modified adrondack), so no idea yet how well this would perform at keeping warm in cold temps in a tarp tent or pyramid type configuration.10x10’ (3x3m) is a great size. Very versatile with many types of setups for two people (even three if you get creative and cozy).Overall: Recommend for those who want strength, but aren’t looking for ultralight.

You cannot find any lighter tarp for the strength and size of this tarp.

There are no dislikes with this tarp and I write this review as I sit under it in my hammock. A week in hi wind, rain, sleet, and a little snow in the Appalachian mtns of WV and this tarp works exceptionally!! Definitely my new main shelter set-up for my hammock . Thanks to the team at free soldier for producing well built tough quality products, I will definitely be looking at this companies other products.

I really wanted to like this tarp and I was impressed when it came. It looked pretty good but upon closer examination, I found an area about 4" long on one of the sides where the orange seam was not sewn at all to the tarp. Quality control is lacking with Free Soldier I guess because this was pretty obvious and not easy to miss. Too bad, it looked promising. Amazon was kind enough to accept a return even after the return window closed. I guess you get what you pay for.Update Oct/2018Free Soldier reached out to me after seeing this review I guess and sent me a free tarp. I will have to try it out as I have been using my OneTigris tarp in the summer. I am very impressed with their commitment to customer service and the fact they sent me a tarp for free. They of course want me to change my review if I am happy with the product. I have changed my review to 3 stars due to the customer service part, and I will further change my rating once I actually get to try the tarp out.

Good tarp, worked well as a shelter and a tent footprint. Took it camping and having used tarps before for both, I think it functioned well. I like the weight of it: light. The central grommets were really what I was looking for and they held well under wind and rain. Would buy it again.Only dislike is the hunting orange outline, but that's not a make or break for me. This is a good outside, camping tarp that is well made and lightweight for its large size.Edit- used this tarp for protection on a trip when isolated on an island during a lightning storm. This thing held up to the winds and rain and the reinforced grommets and loops held up.I pack this for every trip and its been great.

si sales de camping, haces senderismo o si eres como yo de que tienes una mochila de 72hrs, este TARP es ABSOLUTAMENTE NECESARIO que éste en tu equipo. Es practico, resistente, tiene diferentes modos de armado, no pesa nada. Es algo que cuando lo usas te dices a ti mismo "Que bueno que lo compre"

Shipped super fast with prime. Set it up that night and overall impressed with its quality. It's kinda short for my 11ft hammock, my fault for not measuring first. It would be plenty big diagonally but then the ridgeline would be weird. I may return it if I can find a proper sized replacement. It came with 4 peices if line + gromets for tie downs but I needed to supply my own line for the center. I haven't tested out the waterproofing but it apears to be coated underneath.

La calidad es buena, no tiene suficientes estacas solamente 4, no tiene instructivo para diferentes armados, en lugares humedos llega un momento que se filtra el agua. Si es de buen tamaño, caben dos personas y hasta 3, tomen en cuenta que se necesita una lona para el piso, ya que esta solo es para colocar de techo.
