It does work, but not very comfortable.
It has to be used on top of your undershirt. Otherwise it hurts your skin (kind of scratch)

Works good
The belt works good. Sometimes I use the extra silicone disk for heavy lifting, but for light lifting I don't use the silcone disk. Probably I will need surgery to fix my injury but for now the belt is good.

Fits well and comfortable.Does what it says.
Before i got this hernia belt i couldnt do anything not even grunt a little while having a bowel movement.I couldnt pick anything up over five pounds not even a jug of water to make a coffee.Since wearing this belt i can do anything i did before getting a hernia.Im very happy with this product.Fits great and comfortable to wear all day.I even slept with it on so i could toss andturn through the night.
