one star for the head piece but the nasal pillow set up is terrible and the tube isn't compatible with anything.the noise that is created by this is nerve wracking and you won't be able to sleep the return airway is right below the nasal pillow and it has no control available to make it quietermy suggestion is find the MANUFACTURER replacement don't buy this one.

I own an AirSense P10 with original everything. Original nose pillows fit right into place with no leaks. The connector that connects to main tubing does not snap in and seems to not hold tight, it holds into place tho and ive had no disconnects in the middle of the night. My tubing moves about freely with little resistance and I feel like it would disconnect easier than original make if you actually snag it decently in the middle of the night. But 2 weeks no issues. The other concern was that a noticeable and concerning anount of air was flowing through the nasal vents. I did a seal/mask check and there was no issues. Just exerts more air than original. No less than two weeks using this and my sleep scores have all been 98 and above. I sleep fine and everything sealed appropriately. I do recommend to try this out and hope you have no issues.

It generally works as intended, but it should have come with earplugs.The air exhaust is very loud. I had to get up after 20 minutes of trying to ignore the noise and use my old P10 mask (luckily, I hadn't tossed it).It is also compatible with the OEM nasal pillows, a big plus.If it weren't for the noise, I would have given this mask more stars.
