I ordered this product but one of the tools did not function properly. I contacted Amazon and the Seller responded immediately. The Seller said they would replace the entire product and provided a return label also.This is an OUTSTANDING COMPANY because they requested to know when I was going to return my item. I told them I would mail to them on Friday, several days away. I did mail my product to them on that Friday but THAT SAME AFTERNOON I received my replacement High Frequency Wand and Tools! ☺️ What a complete SURPRISE! ☺️ I was so happy to receive this because not only did the Seller trust that I would do as I said, but they did not allow me to lose one day of not using their product that I have truly enjoyed using! ☺️ It's wonderful to do business with a company that CARES about their Customer and I hope that they sell very many of this product!I really enjoy using my Wand and the 7 tools! Since I've only been using it for a little over a week I do not have a report regarding its anti-aging properties. I have never had acne but am hoping it helps with fine lines! If the product is anything like the Seller's Customer Service, I will have hit the jackpot! ☺️ I will say that I have noticed that after using the comb tool, I have had less hair fall. And that's important to me!I sincerely believe that you will be very happy with this High Frequency Want and Tools set and the outstanding Customer Service accompanying it!

Work well don’t like the smell it leaves

I waited a few weeks since I purchase to write a review so I could give real feedback. First, I want to mention, this company has excellent customer service. I had an issue and it was handled quickly and professionally. Now as for the product, so far so good. I haven’t noticed big changes but I can see a difference, such as blemishes healing faster and less whiteheads overall. I read online not to use it on hyperpigmentation, so I’ve mainly been using it on my T-Zone and I’m seeing less oil production, which is a big plus for me. I bought this after seeing my friend using hers (and seeing results) and they work identically but this one was a much better price. So yeah, I’m happy with my purchase.

What a great deal. The machine is very easy to use and each tip has detailed instructions. The packing is very sturdy and comes in a box with a flapSo it’s opens and closes easily. All of the tips and the wand are in their own foam cases so they are safe. I used the machine and it did very well. I had two under the skin pimples coming in yesterday, I did the treatment and they are gone this morning. I recommend.

Sturdy and works as it should. I use the red light comb and the red light mushroom shape tube. Haven't used enough to see if it encourages youthful results, but it's cheap and easy to use.

Above all, the price was great and the quality is wonderful too.My clients enjoy the high frequency therapy treatments.

Not very happy

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived In perfect condition, it was packaged perfectly to where it wouldn’t break . I was confused at first on how to insert the glass tool in but all it took was a little push . I’m on my third day and the first day I had a zit but it got rid of it the next day . So it’s a good sign but I will give a video update after a month .

No funciona, intenté encenderla y no funciona. No la regresé solo por qué la compré principalmente por los tubos que contiene, tengo otra máquina y me hacían falta los tubos. El vendedor jamás se comunicó para enterarse que estaba pasando.
