Including the wheels it is 21x13x9I've traveled with it several times and it fits perfectly for carrier on. Holds a lot. Went to wedding in St.Martin for 5 days everything fit perfect. Is sturdy too

Does the 20 inch height include the wheels and top handle?

Yes, Rockland Luggage does include the spinners in the 20" length. So the length measurement is measured from that top handle to the bottom of the wheels.

Cute case

This case is cute, on trend and durable. It's also lightweight so doesn't take much effort to move around. Great size for hand luggage or weekends away. Would buy again in other colours/patterns.

A Little Pricy

Although this is pricy, it seems to be well made and the wheels swivel all the way around which makes for better control.

Handle broke on first use

Liked how light weight it was, but handle got stuck in closed position so I had to either carry it or crouch down to roll. Very disappointed.
