Very nice quality jar, but do not yet know if the humidity/temp reader in the lid will be helpful to me as I have not yet placed any herbs in it. My herbs are still on the plants and getting close to harvest time now. I'll try to remember to update this review after the herbs have been stored for months, to offer my observations in the difference between herbs stored in this jar vs. storage in a regular quart canning jar. I'm only buying one, and will be able to track the differences easily. The lid is NOT glass.....somewhat of a disappointment......but it does seem good quality plastic and there is an airtight seal disc in the underside of the lid. It was just brought to my attention that one would never run the lid with an electronic device in it through the dishwasher. Obvious except to those of us who have our head in the clouds :-) The owner of this company just informed me that they have replacement lids if ever needed. Which is very nice to know. So far, I'm happy with this purchase. But no time tested use results yet.

Too expensive for what you get. I like the jar but the thermometer in the lid is cheap. Mine stopped working after 2 weeks and the seal around the thermometer is cheap silicone that doesn't hold a true seal. Nice concept.

This curing jar is exactly what's needed to preserve your flowers and worth the purchase. Don't sleep

Just got them they look good seem kind of pricey now that I got them , will let you know more after I use them
