It’s ok.
I bought for my mom after her eye surgery. She said it does help her sleep face down like she’s supposed to. The only thing is that after about an hour it gets uncomfortable due to the cushion going down. She says it’s hard, but it gets the job done. She just adds pillows to the side.

Straps very uncomfortable
I used a massage chair as a face down appliance. This vitrectomy I decided to pursue a less expensive route.Honestly, I’m finding that fluffing a few pillows together in just the right way. That works for me.

Uncomfortable
I used this face down pillow after my eye surgery the velour covering caused my face to breakout even after it was cleaned before the surgery it didn't stay together well even with the double velour fastners it has been difficult and uncomfortable to in a face down position for 2 weeks with a pillow that wasn't comfortable or very supportive

Worked even better with massage chair

Use this after vitrectomy.
No one would be happy having to use this but it was a necessity. It did its job and I survived it. i am sure it was much cheaper than renting equipment that probably would not do the job any better.

Soft fabric but Velcro straps in awful spot
The fabric it was soft, but they had the car straps on both the front and the back right about shoulder level so it rubs right on you. There are used to attach it to the base. Also was not able to use on a mattress has the legs depressed into the mattress too far and you can’t breathe. I sent it back

Major Piece of Crap
Cheap plastic with a pillow. It's like someone made this using PVC from Home Depot and a airplane pillow. Very uncomfortable and definitely not worth $40.

Just ok
My husband had a detached retina. Bought this as he had to lay on his stomach. He said he couldn’t breath. I think if the legs were longer it might have worked.
