All threads are carefully machined, the quick release level clamps down with good tension.The seat in your bike will stay in place.Please note that these set of quick release clamps and thicker, you may face difficulties to make it fit.Carefully read the description.

Well made, good quality, but barely long enough
The advertised length is 65mm, but that's overall length. The actual working length (the width that can be clamped) is more like 50mm at most, and that's with only a couple of threads grabbing on the adjustable end. It did work for me, but I think it's more suitable for 40 to 45 mm.
