I received my order as described and have been using it for Pilates for over 4 weeks with no issues so far.

Great Pilates ball. You are supposed to only pump it up so it looks a little deflated. Thick, quality, worth paying a couple of quid more for something that will last. Better for environment too. All these Pilates balls whatever brand do start off with ceases from being folded but they fall out of this one, unlike an equally expensive competitor’s.

Just what I wanted but hard to put stopper in once you've blown it up

Everything is fine and ok. It smells of cake, so at least you don't have horrendous plastic smell.
