where can you gdet a cover for the pan? Is the pan 18-10 or 18-0 stainless steel?

The Cusinart 8" pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel. Cuisinart or any third party store will not sell you just the cover. The only you can get a cover it is to buy the 3 quart pot with cover.

can any brand cover fit on this 12 in skillet? I want to get a cover with this.

Well, I don't know about ANY brand, but I do have a lid to another brand of 12" pot (actually a 4-qt stock pot), and it fits just fine. So the answer is most likely yes.

Please tell me how deep it is, i don't trust the information from website.

It is about 2 inch deep. However the issue I had was that the stain was very hard to clean. I used once with hot oil and put some seasoning in the oil. The seasoning became stain and I couldn't remove it off. And the pan became yellowing as well. Overall, I don't think it is a high quality stainless steel.

Do these pans come with lids?

No, this did not come with a lid. Sorry, but a 10" lid will not work on this 14" pan, but any 14" lid will.
