I rarely leave reviews, but when it's a good product, I feel obligated. I also bought their cleansing balm, and my wife can't stop talking about it. Suffice to say, if you want to make your wife happy, buy her this product haha.

Update:I received a message from Jennie, the founder of the company, who offered to send a replacement directly to me, to avoid any possible fake products. I'm eager to see how the serum works, and have renewed hopes about my results. Will update after using the replacement for several months. *Added two stars for the excellent customer service*It doesn't moisturize at all. My wrinkles and dark spots are the same as they were before. My skin feels tight after this dries. I'm using it just to use it up at this point. I got a good deal, but it was still a complete waste of money.

This is a pricy serum, but it has a very formula, safe to sensitive skin, and even for pregnant skin. I didn't see immediate result, but the more I used, the better my skin looked. The skin felt more supple, clear, and brighter. No breakout, no irritation. Really nice serum.

Decided to purchase this since I'm pregnant and decided to switch to some pregnancy safe skincare. Unfortunately this doesn't really do much for me...Doesn't help with pregnancy breakout, doesn't make my skin completion brighter, make somewhat helps a little bit with acne marks(but again I have tons of other products that'd do just the same). And I really don't like the smell (tho I understand this is what the ingredient is supposed to smell) and this thing just makes my skin dry (I have oily/combination skin) So I'd say definitely don't buy this if you have dry skin...and if you want this for clearing acne, you'll be disappointed as well. It's okay for fixing discoloration but again it dries out your skin.

I have been using the Gentle Actives Clairty Creme-Serum for about 4 months now and absolutely love it! I don’t know if I have ever seen such a noticeable difference in my skin! I love that your brand is non-toxic and safe for pregnancy. My skin is sensitive and can break out easily, and I was so impressed that not only did the texture and hydration improve, but it didn’t make me breakout!

The consistency of this serum was thin and runny. It felt fine on my skin, but was not as luxurious as I expected for what it is priced. I did not notice any positive changes to my fine lines or dark spots. Overall, I was generally dissatisfied with the product.

I absolutely love this serum! As soon as I start using it, I notice an immediate difference in my skin. It helps with my breakouts but also evens my skin tone and makes my skin so much smoother and brighter. It’s a staple in my skincare routine now!
