Are these wipes compostable?

They are NOT compostable. They are made of 100% cotton. Throw them into the trash when finished. DO NOT FLUSH THEM. They will clog your sewer pipes just like baby wipes.

Is it antimicrobial? Is it safe to use on vinyl aka a massage table? (Alcohol, bleach and citrus free?)

This is what is on the label, "Designed for daily cleaning for CPAP mask. Alcohol, Solvent and Bleach-FREE!" It does not mention being citrus free...

do thw wipes disinfect the mask?

It cleans the mask, not sure about disinfecting. My husband uses one every night even after I use our SoClean machine to disinfect his machine. I would recommend using this as a preventative measure.
