I ordered this sleeve as I have had two knee surgeries, the 2nd of which was within the last year and healing has not gone as planned. I choose this one over others that claimed to offer both cold & heat treatment, as I figured I’d rather have a product that is designed to concentrate on doing one job as opposed to two. The item arrived in good time, and I placed it in the freezer overnight to use the next day. After my next gym visit, I pulled the sleeve up & over my knee & lower thigh and sat back. The sleeve feels excellent quality, is a nice bright colour and is soooo much better than trying to balance a bag of ice on your knee. It is comfortable to wear and the great thing about a sleeve is it applies coldness all around the joint in equal measures. I absolutely love the sleeve idea, and love the product, and slip it on after retuning from the gym. It comes out the freezer fully flexible and there is no ice burn to my leg, I find 10 to 15 minutes and your knee/thigh feels like it has had a professional cold therapy treatment!

I bought two of these for my lower legs after a marathon. The 360 degree cooling is a great idea, especially for knees and other joints. The material is smooth and really good quality and as others have said the gel filling was pleasantly cool even without freezing. Overall I was delighted with these. The only drawback was that the smallest size (medium) was too loose on my lower legs to provide compression therapy at the same time. Curse my skinny old chicken legs! With a heavy heart I returned the sleeves but the company were super nice about it and were really keen to hear what was up. I’ll definitely be back if/when a smaller/more adjustable version comes out :)

It's a good concept, sadly I'm likely to return simply because despite being in the freezer overnight, it only seems to stay cold for approx 10 mins (if that) and you no longer feel the effects. A lot of money for what it's worth.Update: the seller reached out to me regarding my concerns and was really kind and helpful in getting the issue I had resolved. Cannot fault their service at all which is 5*!

Had knee surgery 5.5 months ago and bought one to use when I moved back to college. Much better than the normal ice packs, easy to slide on and off and it stays flexible. Very comfortable when on and no messing about wrapping straps round. Bought my second so I’ve now got one for home and one for college!Seller is fantastic, great communication and just how a small business should be. Thanks 😊

This is so easy to use and so much better than an in ice pack. I use it for achilles issues and elbow issues and it's great for both. Perfect amount of cold straight from the freezer and ready to go again in a couple of hours. Comfortable and practical. Excellent

A cold therapy compression sleeve needs to do 2 things:1) Fit the area well and provide good coverage2) Be cold for long enough to workThe MEDICMAC® FlexiCryo™ 360° Cold Therapy Compression Sleeve does both of these, but only one of them well.The fit is excellent - I ordered a Medium and it fits snugly on my arm and covers the elbow, lower biceps and triceps, and upper forearm. I got this one for lateral epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow) caused by weight training, and it covers all of the area needed really well. No other cold therapy pack I've ever had had fit this well!Unfortunately the coldness is not as good as it could be. When you put it on it is cold, but unfortunately the temperature of the sleeve quickly rises. Timing it, you can get about 10 minutes of therapy before it heats up ambiently. I'd rather that this period was longer - at least 20 minutes would be ideal.Overall, I'm not disappointed - the fit is excellent, honestly the best for Tennis Elbow I've ever had, but it doesn't remain cold quite long enough. Hopefully Medicmac will improve their cold retention time, and retain the excellent quality in the fit and build. I'd love to try out a new one when that time comes and provide another review. That said, if you only want 10 minutes of cold therapy, this is definitely the one to go for.

In my initial review, I gave this product 3 out of 5. The supplier contacted me regarding my rating and the comments I made, which at the time as far as I was concerned were true and honest. I had a elbow Burtitis , and for those of you who do not know what that is, I can only say it is very painfull swelling which occurs at the tip of the elbow, it gets very swollen and hot. Which is why initially I stated, it didn’t stay cold for very long.On reflection, and after what I would describe as the best customer service I have ever experienced, and following their recommendations, I agreed to give it another try.In the mean time I reverted back to my ice pack, which admittedly did relieve my symptoms, and swelling , although rather cumbersome.I have used it twice now, only twice because my symptoms have considerable eased, and my elbow is not as red and hot anymore. It’s taken a while to calm down, and I believe because my elbow was so hot , is possibly the reason why I felt it didn’t stay cold enough , for long enough? Also, why I felt the need to revert to ice packs, which whilst effective, the ice pack was clumbersome.I felt the need to revise my initial review, because, this company really do care about their product, and from what they have said to me are very pationate about it, they are a small business, from what I can gather, and deserve success, it’s an well researched product, and of superb quality, I wish they did manufacture a size small, which would have been better for my skinnier arms.ThankyouBuy with confidence is my advice.

Super product, very comfortable & super cold for at least 20mins! Smaller size would be a definitely be a bonus, medium worked well for my knee but it's on the edge of being too loose, would really like to have one suitable for elbow too but this would be way too big for that! Come on guys think of us ladies/smaller people please & boost your sales by offering a smaller size! Would have been 5 stars if not for this.
