BrooksWomen's Adrenaline GTS 21 Supportive Running Shoe - Yucca/Navy Blue/Fuchsia - 5.5 Medium

The price tag is high but it's so worth it. I have low arches and am currently in physical therapy to strengthen my legs and help resolve some knee problems. These help so much. I have the 19 and 21 and I recommend them both

I have tendinitis in my feet and these shoes are so comfortable. I have tried several other brands that make my feet ache after a couple hours but I can wear these all day with no pain. I would probably sleep in them if I could, they feel that good. Definitely worth the price.

I have suffered from chronic pain from my right hip all the way down to my shin, as well as plantar fasciitis for over two years. I recently decided to invest in some really good shoes. After tons of research, I bought Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21. I just took the dogs for what I thought was going to be a leisurely one-mile walk, but one of them decided he wanted to run the whole way. (I don't run, EVER, but he was having so much fun I let him lead the way. LOL.)I literally have ZERO pain in my back, hips, knees, shins, or feet. You HAVE to try these shoes.

Same issues as the GTS20s - less sturdy at the toes, lousy shoelaces, and now they cut corners literally at the tongue part. See photo- lighter one is 19. I can tell these 21s will have a hole by the thumb nail. Wanna return. Covid be gone

I have been wearing Brooks for years and this is the first time I got a defective pair. The left sho was perfect but the right shoe is a little narrow in your foot and it has a crease where your big toe is. I’m returning and trying again.

Brooks is my go to for sneakers. Advice on the new adrenaline fit. Smaller in the toe box so I had to go up half a size. Also I have fallen arches so I always boarder on being a wide depending on fit. With the Adrenaline I also had to get the wide. The guide rails take a bit to get used to but the help with my injury prone ankles. All in all I’m happy with the new design. Much better than the 20.

Best Adrenaline GTS' thus far! If you are GTS fan, these shoes will NOT disappoint you!! Lightweight, comfortable & have great support mechanisms. Fit like my other GTS shoes.. I'm finally shocked in a good way in 2020!!!!

I had major surg on my foot so I had to wear a brace. When I got the shoe I was scared it would be tight. I’m an 8 1/2 and I got 8 1/2 wide. Wow that’s all I can say. The shoe is so comfortable to walk in. Best shoe I ever got. True to size and wonderful color

Shame they hurt ?!... so I’ve been wearing brooks adrenaline gts for years (my fave is the 11’s). I overpronate so I have to wear a support shoe. It took amazon sending 4 pairs of the wrong size to eventually get the 6 wide. I initially wanted the 6.5 (I’m a 5.5) but I found the 6.5 too big so went a size down. The length and width is perfect, but the inner ankle on the left shoe hurts my ankle - it just doesn’t seempadded enough ? And if it’s like that to try on then it will only get worse. Such a shame as I really wanted to keep these trainers but I am gonna have to send back. I don’t do long miles any more - just stick to about 4, but that said you still need a comfy trainer.

First, it's worth saying that this is my 5th pair of Brooks running shoes. I've had 2 Ghost models, one Adrenaline GTS 18, and an older model (I think Ariel). For all previous 4 pairs I've used the same size, and all of them were a perfect fit. The kind of fit where you don't remember why you ever wore another pair of shoes.This pair was the first where the fit was off for me. I waited for these for a while, so I was extremely disappointed. The shoes felt nice to wear, as expected from Adrenaline series, but the size was slightly large for me and they just felt loose and too big. I tried using them, and could manage the size, but after a few runs they started hurting the outside of my ankle. I'm returning them now.

Took over 2 wks to arrive but well worth the wait! I love them! Great looking trainer and so comfortable! I have a lot of pain in both heels from planter fasciitis and these shoes really help... fits perfectly and good support!! Will definitely buy these again!!👍

So pleased. Always used Brooks as they are good quality, well cushioned. Had has a severe ankle fracture on ice requiring 1 months stay with 3 major operations in hospital. Gutted my usual Brooks did not fit due to severe swelling, I am so pleased with my ladies size 11 extra wide fit and rehab can commence minus the moonboot. One ver satisfied customer. They came well ahead of time.

I tried these runners because I use a treadmill every morning for 30min and was starting to get pain in my knees (have had my treadmill for 11 years) so I tried these to see if it would help and yes definitely worth it, I have only used them for the past week and I can say that there is less of a heavy feel to my legs when walking at a fast speed and also a bit of a bounce in my heels- so yes a big improvement from my Nike- also helps to keep the heat that builds up from the treadmill down
