This is my second month using this product and I have noticed a remarkable difference in hair loss. Much less hair in my brush. I'm going to continue with it.

I have now gone through one bottle and have three more in the cupboard so I will be able to test it for at least 4 months. I love that this replaces many of the other supplements I was taking. I love how easy it is to take every day although it does mean an awful lot of extra packaging. For travel, however, it has been ideal.While I have not noticed a visible improvement in my skin, my skin is quite smooth and has good colour due to my nutrition, exercise, and previous supplementation (fish oils, HA, kefir, etc) and I am sure this will help to maintain my skin and hair as I am 44 and I am just starting to get fine lines and the skin on my body is just beginning to get crinkly like crepe paper. I've also been seeing more gray hairs so I expect this product to help with that due to the foti root. I am also still experiencing minor acne and have simultaneously been using higher doses of B5, L-carnitine, chromium and MSM, so the 30 Day Beauty Secret is not decreasing my acne. I have to keep up with the others to keep that at bay. I know it makes my assessment more confusing, but it's not fair if I don't disclose what else I am taking.I'm giving this product 5 stairs for now because of the ingredients and convenience, and will update my review after the second month.
