Recommended to me by my MD. She suggested holding it in my mouth for a few minutes first; I would say this is the best way to take it. I noticed a tingling sensation and a slight change in mood and disposition immediately, and a small improvement over time. I'm not 100% sure it's worth the cost, but it does work!
