Mighty Bright clip on Reader Replacement Light Bulbs (2)

I wanted to leave a review for this item because it has a bad rep as being the wrong kind of bulb. However - as pictured - these bulbs are for older reading lights. Not the fancy new LED ones.Seeing that I have an older one, I was thrilled to come across this. I just replaced the bulb and it works perfectly. Bright, perfect fit. Even though 2 come in the package and I don't plan to burn through them too quickly, I am already planning to buy more to stock up since these types of bulbs are so hard to find now.HIGHLY recommended if you have AN OLDER MODEL READING LIGHT!

All of the hysterical negative reviewers need to read and look at the photo before buying. As the photo clearly shows, these bulbs are for the classic, incandescent clip-on book/music lights. They are NOT LED. Theyif are NOT for Kindle.If you suffer from migraines, these steady burning, incandescent bulbs are much easier on the eyes than LED/Kindle. They do use batteries up quickly, but that's no big deal if you use rechargeables; there is also an a/c adapter available.The bulbs do burn out, whereas LED bulbs don't, but they also burn steadily, whereas LED bulbs strobe and trigger migraines and other problems in those so inclined.These are a lifesaver for me, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I used an Itty Bitty Book Light for years and was very upset to find them apparently out of business and replacement bulbs impossible to find. I finally broke down and purchased the Mighty Bright book light and love it. I was reluctant to purchased a light without an A/C adapter being afraid that I would constantly be changing batteries or recharging. I have been using mine for weeks now (about 45 minutes before bed every night) on the duller light (which is plenty bright enough) and have still not had to recharge it. It is lightweight and stays on both paperback and hardcover books. I would recommend it to anyone.

This light is easy to work and very sturdy. You can use it as a Reading Light, OR I prefer to use it as a Night Light. It is easy to clip on a regular lamp shade on the light, on your night stand; and aim the light away from your bed. When you get up during the night to answer the phone, go to the bathroom, or whatever; it will not disturb your the person sleeping next to you. Be sure to get the AC Adapter, you will not have to worry about batteries running low.

Replaced the burned out blub in the Mighty Bright Book reader that was purchased years ago. Only place to find the replacement bulbs was on Amazon. Bulbs work great. Service was fast from seller.

Broke after a few uses. Not worth it to return.

I purchased these replacement bulbs for my Mighty Brite book light but was very disappointed that they were much too large.I have had both of my book lights for several years and apparently the company are making the book lights larger now and the bulbs did not fit my lights.There is no way that I found on the site to tell that the bulbs are too large and I could not find any other site.However the company or Amazon reimbursed all of my money directly into my account.i would order from this company again through Amazon if they had the smaller bulbs.

Great mini incadescent light bulbs. I use them in my Itty Bitty Booklight Volume 2. Great lighting for someone who is light sensitive or suffers from migraine headaches. I find that LED lighting is too bright for booklights. Incadescent bulbs give a nice color on the page and is much more natural. I wouldn't tolerate reading in a low light environment without these great bulbs!

firstly sent me the wrong bulb, then told me i would have to send it back before they sent out the right one, then after all that told me they didn't have the item i ordered after all. what a waste of my time.

I bought these bulbs some time back. i asked for the correct size and was sent these. had to send them back. I still think they did not return my money.
