Should I buy my size according to the chart or a size smaller for a better sung?

I got 2 other brands, 80‰ span 20% nylon, 1 is a thicker material & fits much better. Will this brand will be thicker and have more compression?

Yes our shirts are 93% Nylon and 7% Elastayne so much thicker than most other shirts, which helps with extra compression.

I suggest you order one size down. I wear XL and bought a L and it’s comfortable. Not too tight where it make my skin bulge.

We recommend to wash it after every wear to keep its shape, that way it shouldn't lose any of the tightness.
