I'm not into taking energy supplements but..
These work amazingly well after it absorbs I literally get a good kick of energy for about 4 to 6 hrs I use them for when I work and I can tell when it's wearing off but doesn't leave me feeling like I've crashed it's just I start slowing down. Definitely recommend

Taste is not good and the strip is sticky. it tears while trying to consume. Unlike melatonin strips which dont tear and taste good,

May cause liver damage
This has Green Tea Extract. I get routine blood tests and after taking this product a couple times in a week my ALT liver enzymes were elevated in my blood. It is known now Green Tea Extracts can cause liver damage yet this company doesn’t care. Use at your own risk!
