Plasmaglow 10122 Green Neon License Plate Frame

this product is perfect and was very easy to install im lovin it i highly recommend this product to anybody who is into the neon light thing o yea they come in other colors too..update ive had this item since 2013 it's still glowing strong, it as survived rain, sleet, and snow

While I loved the look of the neon license plate frame, it did not last long or perform as advertised. I have purchased from Plasmaglow on other occasions and will simply refuse to now. THIS PRODUCT STATES IT IS 100% WATERPROOF, yet within 2-3 months the seal had been compromised and the license plate no longer lights up. I brought it to Plasmaglow's attention and they said I have to send in my product, which the frame was $18 originally, yet it costs $15 for shipping anyways to see if it will even be warrantied. I was told that's the way their warranty works. I WILL NOT BUY FROM PLASMAGLOW AGAIN.

Ordered my PlasmaGlow to replace the one I had on my car that I had damaged. Hooked this one up and it did not work out of the box. Waited until the weather was warmer to do this and missed the 30 day return window. Now I'm stuck with garbage. I would not recommend to purchase anything from PlasmaGlow.

Purchased ten of these in various colors, NINE have failed in basic rain. Plasmaglow's warranty is terrible, YOU pay to return them and they might replace them. THEN they tell you to " APPLY CLEAR SILICONE AROUND PRODUCT'S SEAMS TO KEEP DRY ".
