GrifGrips Oval Sports Grip Adhesive Patch for Tubed Insulin Pumps - Pack of 15

Too large for an insulin pump infusion site. I was so disappointed. The hole is the right size but not the patch. I thought somebody finally made something that would work. Please make them smaller

I tried these out after having major reactions to both the Medtronic sensor tape and Simpatch patches. I would get extremely itchy and would get red bumps and blisters around the edge of the patch. Those I would often have to remove before I was supposed to because I couldn't stand it. These Grif Grips are still a little itchy on me, but very mild in comparison (it seems to get worse when they get wet). I use flonase and skintac to help reduce the reaction, but I will never use another patch again. These stay on well, although they do start to peel at the edges if your site has a lot of interaction with things like clothing or inanimate objects. I would still highly recommend these! I use them both for my sensor and my infusion sets (I just cut them smaller for my infusion sets).

I bought this for my Dad because he was having issues with his pump falling out due to sweat. He works construction so he sweats a lot with the humidity in the summertime. This product really works. It kept his pump site on no problem. He loves it, and he can rest assured that his pump site isn't going to fall out. I would seriously recommend everyone with insulin pumps to use this if they are having trouble with keeping their site in due to sweat and stuff. Thank you to the manufacturer who created this product. I will be buying this product again and again. It's awesome.

Sadly, I wasn't impressed with these. I was needing something to help hold my Autosoft 90 infusion set in, but these just didn't stick very well. Looked up and followed all of the instructions and still didn't work 100%. And forget about taking a shower or bath with these, that would almost always guarantee major peeling around the edges, enough that it would catch and pull off : (

I use these in the summer to hold my insulin set in place for my insulin pump. I sometimes sweat at night and when I toss around my cannula can come out, even with the adhesive provided on the set. This holds the set steady and I don't have to worry about losing insulin delivery at night.

These appear to be a good option, but the backing is difficult to get off and they don’t stay for the 3 days between infusion changes! Plus, when you try to apply it’s hard to place over the infusion site accurately.

These are AWESOME! They stay on, and they don't irritate.I just wish GrifGrips would make a smaller, round one-- 2 to 2 1/4 inches in diameter, just enough to cover and secure the white tape that comes on infusion sets. I cut these down, using a jar lid as a stencil on the back.

I really like this product. Helps to keep the adhesive part of the insulin pump attached to the skin. Useful if sweaty and for swimming. Stays in place.
