Great gift and excellent customer service!

Got this present for my 10 year old son. He enjoyed putting it together and playing with it. Someone stepped on his remote months later and broke it so I contacted Biranco customer service and they answered immediately via email and offered to send me a new kit to replace the broken remote. I appreciated their generous replacement and quick responses! I will buy from this company again!

Extra connector parts not included so care is required during assembly.

Nice product but no extra connector parts included. Not easy to disassemble and connector pieces will break even with the most care being used

Excellent quality, and a good build for 7+

My great nephew loves it, and I do too! Would buy again. These are obviously manufactured in China and branded under several names, but the quality is EXCELLENT and the instructions are spot-on and easy to follow (all visual).

Better for older kids

Fairly difficult to assemble for a young kid. Seven-year-old nephew was very frustrated. Pieces were not easy to put together. With adult help it would go a lot better. Especially the wheels. Even with adult help they were difficult. Pictures in book did not accurately match pieces. Showed slightly different colors of pieces. Made assembly a little confusing.

The intruction manual is really difficult to look at.

I dispise the mainly white colored manual you get to put the thing together. Also the stickers are hard aswell to put on. When you complete the car, you then put stickers on it. Makeing it really hard for the builder to put stickers on when the car is built.
