This snorkel set is very easy to use. Donning (putting on) the mask felt a little awkward as I tried unblinking the straps in a preservation effort after other users complained about the straps breaking, but I later found the straps to be very sturdy and would simply slip the mask on like a sock. Remember, you only need to tighten a mask a little to ensure a good fit, don't over tighten or it will be uncomfortable or become damaged.Three reasons for the star rating:1. I have a big head, and had the mask as loose as possible, but it was still a little too tight on my face causing some discomfort which ultimately resulted in me coming out of the water earlier than I would have otherwise. Not terrible, not great. A slight design modification to add two to three inches to the straps with an added adjustability at the top of the straps (currently only adjustable at the bottom) would probably make this mask a little more comfortable.2. Because the mask has a rigid full face, you cannot easily clear sinus pressure if you free dive a little with it. (The mask does warn against free diving).3. The kit comes in a mesh bag, which barely fits the equipment and one out of three sets purchased, the bag ripped around the drawstring.I would absolutely buy this again and recommend.

Just got back from a long-awaited trip to Dry Tortugas National Park, and SO glad that I purchased this! Most snorkeling trips provide goggles, snorkels and fins to their guests, but I had used those on a previous trip and found them very unsatisfying. With typical snorkel masks, you end up exhaling directly into your mask, which causes the plastic to fog up instantly and leaves you with zero visibility. This full-face mask has an airtight separate compartment so that your breath never interferes with your vision.Similarly, a standard snorkel mouthpiece is essentially a big plastic straw that you hold in your mouth with the force of your jaw. If you dive down, your snorkel tube fills with seawater, which you will almost certainly inhale at least a couple of times. This can be very stressful, especially if you're not a confident swimmer. The full face design of this mask allows you to breathe and even talk normally, and the tube has a floating ball that blocks water from entering the tube while it's submerged. While not foolproof, it is a HUGE improvement over a traditional snorkel.A proper seal on the mask and a degree of comfort with how it works are a huge help in getting the most out of your snorkel gear. If possible, I'd suggest trying it out in a pool before your trip. At the very least, spend a little time in the shallows where you can easily stand up if you need a break or to adjust your fit before venturing deeper.The fins are of excellent quality, and the straps are easily adjustable for a perfect fit. The only thing to note is that they are on the shorter side - this makes them really easy to travel with, but if you're a true beginner, they don't provide as much propulsion as longer fins. However, they're much easier to maneuver in, especially if you're trying not to accidentally kick some delicate coral, so this is a matter of personal preference.I also had an excellent experience with the seller, who was very knowledgeable and communicative. Keeping in mind I have a big head this mask while fit great and didn't leak, pushed way too hard on my forehead leaving marks. Still a great make just not for big heads.

This is the greatest innovation in snorkeling.Once you get the hang of it you can snorkel for hours with out ever coming up for air.The snorkel tube ball water stopper is fantastic. No water no time.Sturdy and comfortable.Just remember to rinse and dry, it's woivthe time.

Love this set! Just a warning though, we get lightheaded if going for longer periods and need to resurface to get fresh air. I’m a little concerned about CO2 poisoning 😬But the mask never fogs up and fits great

It doesn’t fog up and fits snug but not too tight. Didn’t leak around my face at all. So much easier to breath and enjoy the water. I highly recommend.

We love these sets! My husband hates snorkeling because the mouthpiece makes him feel claustrophobic. I tried these sets and took him out and he was out in the water for hours! The way the mask sections to the whole face and gives your mouth and nose breathing room is really great to eliminate that claustrophobia feeling and it also gives a really good range visualization in the water. The breathing tube suction locking mechanism works really well for diving and the mask seals well around the face even around facial hair. I was surprised at how well they work but I'm very happy! They're not too heavy so we bring them with us when we go on vacation. It beats having to rent and stick a mouthpiece in your mouth that you know a thousand people have used! It also gives us the opportunity to be able to go snorkel where we want instead of having to go on any kind of a guided tour. So many more options, so much durability and we've already gotten great use out of them. I'd also highly recommend for kids as it helps them learn how to snorkel without worrying about them breathing water in through their mouth or nose such as you do with traditional sets.

I used this mask to go snorkeling with a friend on Maui before I thought I was going to use it on a commercial tour. It worked great and I was able to see just fine. It fit well and I was able to breath just fine. When signing the waiver for our snorkel tour, I noticed it said NO FULL FACE MASKS. So I did a little research and sure enough most if not all snorkel tour companies on Hawaii do not allow full face snorkeling gear. I guess too many people have passed out with these masks breathing back their own CO2. I did feel a little dizzy after about 45 minutes so I got out and took a break. The product is fine, just be aware of how you feel and get out if you're feeling off. You can use these personally snorkeling but not commercially in Hawaii. Just thought future buyers would want to know.

Not sure if just a packaging error but it does say in the description two bags and mine didn’t include them

I have yet to try this out at the lake for long periods of time but so far from what I’ve tested in my bath tub This mask design is truly an innovation. The seal is no joke and the al fact that it separates mouth from eyes means it doesn’t dog up meaning you can see clearly for long periods of time. In edition the snorkeling mechanism is amazing. Having the snorkel at the top of your head will give you less resistance when swimming, being at the top also means you don’t have to bring your head above water and the mask mechanism allows you to breath through your mouth and nose allowing for more effective breathing. And all the while you will look cool doing so. Haven’t tested the flippers out yet but they seem well made. I’ll update this review if I have any trouble with it but for now I would give the mask a 5 star rating for being so incredible.

I purchased this for my grandson for his birthday in November. So nothing to really review other than the fact it came in quickly
