A solid choice for DIY projects and light sanding tasks!
Personal Review of the XXGO 102 Pcs Oscillating Tool Sanding KitThis sanding kit has been a surprisingly handy addition to my toolbox. With 102 pieces, it offers plenty of sanding pads in various sizes and shapes, which makes tackling detailed sanding jobs much easier. The triangular and finger pads are especially useful for getting into tight corners and awkward spaces, like cabinet edges or intricate furniture designs. What I like is how compatible the kit is. I’ve used it with my Bosch oscillating tool, and the fit is perfect. It’s reassuring to know it works with a range of brands, so if I switch tools in the future, I won’t need to buy a different kit.On the downside, I did notice that the pads wear out fairly quickly when working on tougher surfaces like hardwood. For smaller or lighter jobs, they’re fine, but if you’re doing heavy-duty work, you might run through the pads faster than expected. Also, the adhesive backing sometimes doesn’t hold as tightly as I’d like after a few uses, which can get frustrating.Overall, this kit is great for light to moderate projects, especially if you need precision sanding. It’s versatile, convenient, and a good value for the number of pieces included.Pros:Wide variety of sanding pads for different needs.Perfect for detailed sanding in tight spaces.Compatible with many tool brands.Cons:Pads wear out quickly on heavy-duty tasks.Adhesive backing can lose grip over time.Rating: 4/5

Better than the original pad, works a dream
I needed a new pad for my multi tool as the hook and loops were worn and using this with fresh sanding pads tore the hook and loops from the sanding pads. With that as my starting point, the new pads with my existing sanding paper works a dream, not only does the sanding paper vibrate better but lasts much longer than the originals kit I had. I have probably enough sand paper to last a lifetime LOL.

Great value multitool accessories kit
All components arrived as advertised. Sanding tool worked a treat for tight area sanding. However the presentation package was a little underwhelming with components loosely packed in individual unsealed plastic bags. Will still find uses for all.

Cheap but mixed packing not helpful
OK - they were a cheap bulk purchase but I'd buy elsewhere next time. The sanding pads are packed as 'mixed' and are not labelled with their grade which means you have to check each one and guess before using them. The fingers are OK but we melted the tips of 3 in a half days work meaning the hook and loop 'dissolves' and you can't stick the sanding pads on - but then it's teh same with most cheap ones yo ubuy BUT it is a cheap set and with a little extra effort it gets the job done

Cheap and cheerful, got the job done
Arrived and put to work instantly. Not quite as well finished as the premium brands (the end has a slight wave to it), and noticeably not as sharp. That being said, for a specific job I needed a longer reach plunge cut in some old wood it worked a treat!Doesn’t feel any less sharp than when I started and still have 2 more to keep in my kit.

Nice for removing grout
The media could not be loaded. I used mine with a Makita 18v multi tool to remove some breaking grout from my bathroom floor. This video is my first time using the machine and the blades.I only did a small area to start with and used little to no pressure on the old grout, letting the tool do the work. Once a groove is started in the grout line, the tool just follows. The tiles are porcelain so are not easily damaged during this process. There was no visible wear on the blade, but I have four of them in any case. It’s a big bathroom so I’m doing it over a few days to save my old knees and back! The dust was removed using an “Xtra Hand” vacuum attachment in a Henry vacuum in case you wondered. The blades fitted the Makita without the need for any adapters and they seem decent quality.
