Q: why not free shipping with Prime?

Hello! Currently our coffee is ineligible for Prime because we prefer to freshly roast each order so you can receive the freshest coffee possible.

Q: This question is for the seller since the last response was over 3 years ago. What can I expect the roast date to be if I order this today 3/8/2023?

When I lived in California this was a great coffee. Had it almost everyday at work. Iced, brewed, espresso. When I ordered it off of Amazon a few months ago. It was really bad. I'm not sure why. But the beans were bone dry, the fragrance was stale and almost bitter. Then when I grounded it, it was like saw dust and the flavor was harsh and bitter and not enjoyable as I remember it. I use purified water which is used for best results for coffee and I did the appropriate amount for the brew/ size of grind. Hope that helps, if you end up ordering it I hope it turns put better for you.
