Good but expensive

I'm at an age where every little bit of hair that I have left is fast becoming a valuable commodity, lol. After reading the listing for this product I thought it well worth a try.I was going to wait for three to four weeks before writing this review but after reading the instructions this can take three to four months to show benefits therefore it couldn't really wait for that long.I'm not a chemist nor am I up on what a person needs for a healthy body and hair but after reading some of the ingredients and doing just a small amount of research, these pills should at least give me stronger hair which will be less prone to breakage and maybe will even stop it from falling out so fast.These pills in no way suggest that these are a cure for baldness or thinning hair which is just as well since I have been there and done that with absolutely no success, so it was quite refreshing to read that these were simply meant as a strengthening and conditioning supplement.I ordered two packs of these in different sizes to give me a four month supply by which time I am supposed to be able to see a difference so if it turns out that these don't work then I will update this review at the time.The pills themselves are reasonably easy to swallow, it says to take one pill twice a day following food and with water. The product does have a very dry surface which without a glass of water might well be hard to swallow however I have been taking them with a fruit drink and have had no issues. I did one time get a pill stuck to the back of my mouth but that was my own fault, at that time I did notice an aftertaste but it was nothing awful and was quite brief as I quickly gulped another mouthful of juice and swallowed the pill.Hopefully these will help to slow down my rapidly expanding solar panel and if they give me a few more years then the price tag will not be so bad.Watch this space...

The recommended dosage is 1–2 tablets a day. So, it would last 3 months if you took 2 tablets. And 6 months if one tablet is taken daily. There is no aftertaste, and the pills are easy to swallow. I would recommend this hair supplement.

Received twice an almost expired product. Less than a month remaining before expiration date on a three-month supply.

My partner is half way through the 3 months pack and I have noticed in some places a few new hair strands. Also it seems to help his skin condition around and in the hair line, which is something like an eczema and might actually be contributing to the hair loss there.As with any supplements it takes a while to notice any major changes, especially hair (skin and nails are showing the improvements faster) but hair grows in stages so it requires more patience.His hair is shoulder length and his best feature, but getting a bit thinner on the top, so this is the least he can do to try to tackle it. I also suggested to combine it with the scalp massage but men rarely keep up with any beauty regimens so only vitamins it is.I am not sure it can stop the receding hair completely (especially if it is given by genes) but I do believe it can postpone the hair loss, and especially so if it is stress and nutrition related.The vitamins combined here could actually support the whole system (nails, skin, hair and mind) if one's diet is really poor.There is 180 tablets in the pack. Directions are 2 tablets daily for at least 3-6 months.

I’m not sure about the effectiveness of this product though it does contain good ingredients that are helpful for overall health. So far, I’ve not seen or felt any discernible effects on my hair or even my beard (though not targeted towards beards). I assume it’s a long term test bed. The ingredients are not bad to take in general, the science and quality of manufacturing all seem top level and have had no side effects or other. This is a convenience pill, but you could easily take or eat many of the items naturally without not processing to change their structure and have more efficacy.Each to their own.
