Say goodbye to toilet paper!!!
OK, so maybe not totally, but close. These fiber thins are fantastic in terms of flavor and function. I first heard about them on the Howard Stern show where he gave his own testimonials on them. Boy, he was right. Both Apple and the Cinnamon flavors are not bad. The only down side is that they stick to your teeth, but they seem to be hygroscopic, so that's expected. Just drink a glass of water with them. Lastly and most importantly, yes, bowel movements are so much more solid and cleaner. It feels the way healthy movements are supposed to occur. Toilet paper is optional many times, believe it or not!

An enjoyable way to get daily fiber needs
These crackers are so much more convenient than mixing Metamucil powder into a glass of water. They are great for a pre-meal snack and easy to take on the go since they are in easy to open foil packs. Two crackers before lunch and two before dinner provide me the perfect fiber supplement and help curb my appetite before the meal. They are tasty too.
