Q: Will this work for an Rv holding tank

I would not suggest it due the the wiping action possibly damaging the tank

Q: Where can I get instructions? Did not come with any. What are the pins for?

Simply screw a spay fitting on one end of the hose ans the other to a pressure washer and insert into sewer or septic line. The pins can be used to unclogged the spray fittings. If the holes get clogged, sumply take a pin and pass it through the holes where the water comes out of the spray fitting.
